Unlike many textbooks, the authors clearly make their prejudices known immediately. I appreciated this. So many textbooks either attempt to disguise their prejudices under a veneer of impartiality or are so bland that it is impossible to tell that the topics being discussed may be subject to some dispute. The practice problems are very helpful in conveying both the logic behind various analyses and how those analyses are implemented in practice. This is the first textbook in my graduate management program that I actually liked. Rating: 4 / 5 I bought this book for an intro course in finance.
